The Main Dining Room with its large fireplaces, beamed ceiling, artwork of the old west and authentic mid-nineteenth century artifacts offers spectacular views of the foothills, the lights of Denver and the plains beyond.

Treat your guests to a dinner of tender buffalo or beef, wild game, fresh seafood and vegetarian options. Unique appetizers and desserts are beautifully presented to tantalize the eyes and stomach, and for your guests to indulge. For a dramatic entrance or ending, a landing pad is available for a helicopter to arrive or sweep newlyweds off after their unforgettable day.
