It has been a busy and exciting summer at The Fort! With concert season in full swing at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, we reintroduced our popular Red Rocks Menu, which features entrées that can be prepared more quickly, allowing enough time for concert-goers to enjoy a delicious meal and cocktail on our expansive outdoor patio before making their way to Red Rocks, just two miles away.
We have had the pleasure of welcoming new and return guests for shinin’ times over the past few months, many whom have taken the time to leave feedback from their experiences on a variety of review websites. We always welcome comments from our guests, as it makes us aware of areas for improvement, and keeps us informed as to what our guests enjoy most. If you have had an enjoyable experience recently, we encourage you to leave a review on Yelp, TripAdvisor or Facebook.
As always, we look forward to welcoming you back again soon; in the meantime, here are a few of our favorite recent reviews!
“We were visiting our daughter in Colorado and we’re looking to try some different type of cuisine. She certainly brought us to the right place! We sampled Rocky Mountain oysters, elk, bison and quail. Everything was outstanding. The atmosphere and waitstaff were top notch. Even the drinks were delicious. While waiting for our dinner, we walked around the grounds and took in the incredible views. It is not cheap, but very worth the money.” – MaryBob76
“The service attendants were on time, thoughtful and attentive, without being intrusive. The food is always excellent, every time we’ve been there, a very eclectic menu. The bison short ribs are crazy good. We were disappointed that they had run out of (real) gunpowder to make a very strange drink that we relish, the Trade Whiskey. The atmosphere is very charming, and if you announce a birthday, out come the hats, the singing and the dancing! Go at sunset to enjoy the view. The leaders of the world ate here when they all met in Denver a few years ago, it’s that good.” – cymichael
