The Fort’s St. Patrick’s Day special begins Friday, March 12th – Sunday, March 14th, then a special celebration on St. Patrick’s Day Wednesday, March 17th.

Beginners

Start with The Fort salad featuring seven mixed greens, toasted pepitas, pickled ginger, and jicama and freshly baked breads and pumpkin walnut muffins.

Entrée

Corned Buffalo and Cabbage

Served with a creamy horseradish sauce, served with Irish “Colcannon” – buttery mashed potatoes with steamed Kale tossed in, then baked, with a buttery crust on top. Also served with Chef’s seasonal vegetables.

Dessert

Bailey’s Irish Creme Brûlée – a velvety custard with a caramelized crust on top! Like a first kiss by a leprechaun!

Try the Trader’s Gun Powder Irish Whisky served neat, (not for the faint of heart) or try the elegant Bailey’s Martini, or the Fort-style Irish Coffee, made with Bailey’s Irish cream and Frangelico liquor!
