Beginners

All Easter specials start with The Fort salad featuring seven mixed greens, toasted pepitas, pickled ginger, and jicama and freshly baked breads and pumpkin walnut muffins.

Entrées

The Fort’s Ham Steak

The Fort’s BEST Easter ham drizzled with Huckleberry sauce and served with buttery mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Adults $39, Kids 12 and under- $25

Roasted LEFT Leg of Lamb

The left leg is always the tenderest, as most lambs get up on their right legs according to founder, Sam Arnold. The leg of lamb is marinated with olive oil and a rub of rosemary and garlic, then roasted. An 8 ounce slice is served with au jus , American mint jelly as a condiment. Also served with buttery mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert

All Easter Specials will include the famous “Negrita” a chocolate ganache served in an edible chocolate tulip cup.

A limited regular menu will be available. Gates open at 11am and serving until 6pm.
