First Course Starter:

The Fort’s Dinner Salad featuring seven crisp greens topped with pickled ginger, diced jicama and toasted pepitas, served with pumpkin walnut muffins and freshly baked breads.

Second Course Entrée (your choice of):

A succulent 5-ounce Buffalo Sirloin and a Teriyaki Quail

Enjoy Two Teriyaki Marinated Quails

All entrees served with Fort Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Vegetarian option available.

Third Course Dessert

The Fort’s Famous Negrita: A blend of dark chocolate whipped with Myer’s rum, served with a cookie.
