Christmas Eve ONLY Special:

First Course: The Fort’s dinner salad or soup and freshly baked breads

Second Course: Fort salad or soup & freshly baked breads

Main Course: Slow roasted Buffalo Prime Rib Au Jus with horseradish and served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Dessert: A slice of Pecan Pie!

Cost: 8 oz. option for $44, 12 oz. option for $54, or 16 oz. option for $64.

New Year’s Eve ONLY Special:

First course: The Fort’s Signature Salad or soup and freshly baked breads.

Main Course: A 6 oz. Grilled Buffalo Filet, prepared to your specifications, served with a broiled Maine Lobster tail, with butter and fresh lemon on the side. served with mashed potatoes and our seasonal vegetable.

Dessert: The Fort’s Negrita, a blend of dark chocolate whipped with Myer’s rum served in a Pewter cup and topped with a cherry compote.

Cost: $69 per person
