The Fort’s Dinner Salad, a mix of seven crisp greens topped with pickled ginger, diced jicama and toasted pepitas served with freshly baked pumpkin walnut muffins and freshly baked bread.
Second Course Entrée (your choice of):
Enjoy a succulent 6 oz. Buffalo Filet, served with Fort Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.
Enjoy a succulent 5 oz. Buffalo Sirloin* with a Teriyaki marinated Quail, served with Fort Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.
Enjoy two Teriyaki marinated Quail, served with Fort Potatoes and seasonal Vegetables.
Third Course Dessert
The Fort’s Famous Negrita: A blend of dark chocolate whipped with Myer’s rum served in a chocolate tulip cup.
