First Course Starter:
The Fort’s dinner salad mixed with pickled ginger, diced jicama and toasted pepitas; served with freshly baked pumpkin walnut muffins and breads
Second Course Entrée (your choice of):
5-ounce Buffalo Sirloin and a Teriyaki Quail; served with The Fort’s potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Enjoy Two Teriyaki Marinated Quail, served with Fort Potatoes and seasonal Vegetables.
Vegetarian option available.
Third Course Dessert
The Fort’s Famous Negrita: A blend of dark chocolate whipped with Myer’s rum, served with a cookie.
