Over the centuries, Spain and Portugal have developed a Mediterranean life-style that is not only suited to hot weather, but takes advantage of it. For example, Portugese Vinho Verdes or Spanish Albariños are truly refreshing white wines, perfect for a hot summer day. In the case of red wine, there is a new generation of winemakers who are using their university training and real-world expertise, combined with the benefit of centuries of tradition, to make elegant Tempranillos, robust Monastrells and rich silky Garnachas, which are terrific partners for grilled meats and barbecue. Please join us for an experience of over 40 excellent wines that best illustrate the spectrum of wines made in new ways from seasoned old vines in the new Iberia.
Admission is $37.00 inclusive at the door (includes The Fort's superb hors d'oeuvres).
Reservations are strongly recommended: 303-697-4771
Hope to see you there!
