THE FORT IS EXCITED TO INTRODUCE OUR NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF, TREVOR DIEROLF
Positve changes for The Fort include the promotion of a new Executive and Sous Chef

Morrison, CO –On June, 7th, 2006 former Sous Chef for The Fort restaurant, Trevor Dierolf, took the reigns and was promoted to Executive Chef.  He will be taking over for Chef Dave Woolley but is no stranger to The Fort or Chef Dave’s style.  Trevor has worked with Dave Woolley for the past eight years at both Antero Grill and The Fort as Sous Chef.  “We are very excited to have such a superb chef on hand already with whom we can give the opportunity to showcase his talents,” said Holly Arnold Kinney, co-owner of The Fort.

Chef Dierolf's background in culinary talents stems from his love of food and opportunities in the kitchen, which began when he was only fifteen years old.   He has had various positions around the United States and more recently in the Rocky Mountain region.  Replacing Chef Trevor as Sous Chef is Geoffrey Groditski who is another Fort staff member who has been working with the restaurant off and on since 1991.  Geoff also has extensive experience in the kitchen and has worked in other kitchens around town. 

The family type atmosphere is always present at The Fort and is even more apparent in the kitchen through both their jokes and mutual respect for all of the talent.  The Fort looks forward to great food and Shinin’ Times from this fantastic team.
