The Fort Restaurant's Famous Buffalo will Represent Denver in the Mayor's Bet

Morrison, CO –When Mayor Hickenlooper needs to send buffalo steaks to Mayor O'Connor to fill their friendly wager, who else can you call but the Fort Restaurant and The Fort Trading Company. On Tuesday, January 24 a box will be sent out to Pittsburgh's mayor containing all the trimmings for a true Fort buffalo meal.  

The package will contain everything needed for a true wild west meal featuring eight Boneless Buffalo Ribeye steaks. The Fort's Heirloom BBQ Baked Beans with Mesa Verde heirloom beans and bits of smoked buffalo and Fort Potatoes are also included in the package. To accompany this feast, the Fort included Pumpkin Walnut Muffins and The Fort "Shinin' Times" Special Blend Coffee made especially for the Fort by Silver Canyon Coffee.

The Fort Cookbook will also be included so that Mayor O'Connor will be able to enjoy the Denver restaurant's favorites for years to come.
