SALUTE DAD WITH SUCCULENT STEAKS & SPICES AT THE FORT
Dads enjoy a special Porterhouse steak dinner and a complimentary trio of spices for Father’s Day

Morrison, CO – On Sunday, June 15th from 5:00-close, The Fort will celebrate Father’s Day with a specially prepared Porterhouse steak dinner and a spice trio gift for dads. Live Native American flute music will be provided by Eric “Many Winds” Herrera from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

The Fort’s Executive Chef Trevor Dierolf has chosen to serve an 18-ounce Beef Porterhouse Steak, grilled to taste and accompanied by a rich and smoky Chipotle Butter, a Twice Baked Potato with Goat Cheese and Chives, and Seasonal Vegetables ($39). A thick cut of beef consisting of a New York Strip and a tenderloin, the Porterhouse resembles a T-bone. The Porterhouse’s tenderloin is considerably larger than is the T-bone’s, making it an especially prized cut of meat.

Fathers who order the special also receive a complimentary trio of delicious spice rubs. Specially blended by The Fort’s online retailer, the Fort Trading Company, this collection of seasonings is inspired by the indigenous ingredients of the West to bring out the natural flavors in grilled meat, game, seafood, poultry, and vegetables. The full Fort menu will also be available.
