Beginners – The Fort’s Dinner Salad and fresh baked breads
Entrée – Petite Buffalo Steak Oscar‐ A juicy 4 oz. buffalo filet topped with Dungeness crab meat and tender asparagus with a béarnaise sauce. Served with chive whipped mashed potatoes.
Dessert – Fresh mixed berry shortcake and a glass of sparkling wine. A medley of fresh berries layered with whipped cream
and shortcake. Fresh and delish!
